A MESSAGE FROM OUR

STUDENT MINISTER

The goal of the Our Student Ministry is to support the family model seen in the Bible. It is also our goal to help students grow in and share their faith with others. Our Student Ministry wants to help and support our students in being a good example of Jesus' love. We are excited about the chance to partner with you in teaching your student about the love of Jesus Christ.

11:00am Sunday Mornings

Jesus says "Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit: apart from me you can do nothing" in John 15:4-5. This is where the name THE VINE came from.  The number one goal of our Student Ministry is to connect students to Jesus because we are only truly alive when we are connected to Jesus who connects us to the Father.

Parents, It is no secret that raising a teenager has its joys and its pains. We want you to know that you don't have to go at this alone. WCC Student Ministry wants to partner with you. We will be holding a Parent's Discussion Event on March 21st  at 5:00 pm at the Fallin's home. Dinner will be provided. We want this to be a place where you can openly talk about parenting so we ask that you only bring your teen if necessary. We will provide a sitter for any young children you may have. Please RSVP by Monday the 16th. You can RSVP at the link below. I really hope you will come and join us for an amazing night of fellowship and growth.

Location address: 3095 Old Mystic Rd. Acworth, Ga 30102

Parents this is a great chance for your teen to come and serve a ministry that does so much for so many. This is also a chance for you to come and serve along with your teen.

We will have several projects that we will be working on to get ready for our summer camp program. Some of these projects will include painting facilities, cleaning, grounds work, light construction, and cutting up fallen trees. Please bring old clothes to work in as well as gloves and boots if you prefer.

We will carpool to the camp from the church. You are welcome to ride in the church van or drive your own car if you need to leave early.
